A long-term team member at communikate et al, Mel has generated outstanding publicity and marketing results for clients in the arts, not-for-profit, education and retail sectors. A strategic thinker with a passion for the written word, Mel thrives on creating impressions for her clients in the markets that matter to their success.

Mel has worked as performer, co-producer and publicist for sell-out shows in Edinburgh, Hong Kong, Vancouver, Tokyo and Berlin with extensive experience in the Adelaide Cabaret Festival, Adelaide Fringe, Feast Festival and national regional touring with Country Arts SA.

Mel has delivered record-breaking campaigns for iconic South Australian events such as Adelaide Fringe, Bundaleer Weekend and the Come Out Festival. Mel helps look after marketing and PR for the communikate et al brand and currently oversees the marketing communications for Precious Cargo Montessori Early Learning Centres as they launch into the national franchise market. Exceeding clients’ expectations is at the centre of Mel’s work ethic along with a genuine love of achieving great results.

Studies have included a Bachelor of Arts at Melbourne University, an Associate Diploma of Business (Advertising) and a Bachelor of Music from the Elder Conservatorium.
