Elevating the social media presence of 10 hotels across Australia and New Zealand

The Opportunity

What started as a social media content project for one hotel evolved to full-fledged social media content strategy & implementation for 10 properties in Australia and New Zealand

In 2022, Pro-invest Group approached us to improve Holiday Inn Express Queenstown’s social media presence. We worked closely with the hotel manager and Pro-invest Group team to create content that reflected Holiday Inn Express’ fun, energetic nature. Due to the great outcomes delivered Pro-invest Group extended the scope of work to include every Holiday Inn Express hotel in Australia and New Zealand, seeing us create impactful and strategic content for 10 hotels in total. 

Our Approach

Our social media content strategy focused on creating engaging content that was true to the Holiday Inn Express brand, and their hallmark of simple, smart travel.

This content was supported by a boosting strategy and regular reporting to evaluate opportunities and inform strategic direction. 

 Our role included 

  • Creating and publishing content for all hotels 
  • Managing content boosts 
  • Monitoring all pages and engaging with comments and messages 
  • Creating regular reports to inform further strategic direction 

The Outcome

After 12 months of creating content, there were significant increases across the clients’ KPIs.
