Developing Ink-credible social media content
The Opportunity
In 2022, Pro-Invest Group approached us to assist in increasing the reach and awareness of Ink Hotel Melbourne Southbank, through creating engaging social media content that captured their brand essence of colouring life outside the lines.
This came off the back of the social media content we had been creating for another one of their hotels, Holiday Inn Express Queenstown.


Our Approach
We took a strategic approach to creating content that spoke to Ink’s key personalities – quirky, energetic, social, and casual.
This included creating and defining content pillars, then creating content that was evenly spread across these pillars. The content was then backed by a boosting strategy to increase reach, as well as regular reporting to reflect on what was working and optimise future content.

The Outcome
After 17 months of creating content, Ink’s Facebook and Instagram pages experienced significant growth and engagement.
