The Opportunity

After 19 years in business, InterIntra had built a strong reputation for dependable IT services.

However, its brand no longer reflected the sophistication and strategic partnership provided to clients.

Operating in a rapidly changing industry, InterIntra needed to evolve beyond being seen as a technical service provider, to be recognised as a strategic IT advisory partner.

The task was to create a clear, consolidated brand identity and positioning. With a goal of generating new leads through more strategic marketing and digital touchpoints, while attracting high-calibre talent.

Our Approach

The journey began with a brand workshop, resulting in a Brand Blueprint, which captured who InterIntra is and where it’s headed.

We defined its brand attributes and built a unifying brand narrative around authentic partnership and tailored, strategic IT solutions.

From there, we rolled out a refreshed brand identity and style guide that modernised the existing logo and colour palette, introduced new graphic and photography treatments, and set a strong creative direction across all marketing applications.

To visually bring the brand to life, we produced a content shoot at InterIntra’s office, creating a bespoke image and video library featuring the team in action. The result was a collection of crafted, authentic visuals that convey confidence, collaboration, and expertise.

The new website became the central point of connection. Designed and developed in a custom WordPress environment, the site reflects the refined brand positioning. Content is structured for clarity, accessibility and SEO performance. The digital experience is intuitive and human-centred, with streamlined pathways for different audience segments including CEOs, CFOs and IT managers.
