Samara’s excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to juggle many tasks mean our business operations run like a well-oiled machine.

Samara manages all day-to-day operational functions including:

  • finance, accounts payables and receivables, invoicing, forecasting and reporting
  • administration, consulting team and leadership team support
  • IT systems, tools and infrastructure
  • human resources support and workplace health and safety

Always on the look-out for opportunities to help us work smarter, Samara plays a key role in implementing business improvement projects and training the team on new tools and procedures.

In our fast-paced and demanding consultancy environment, Samara’s initiative and strong service ethic delivers valuable support to the consulting team on client projects.

Samara joined communikate et al in 2012 as a media monitor and quickly moved into a permanent frontline operations position. Her role has evolved over the years and in 2019 she took on the cornerstone Operations Manager role.

Passionate about good health at work and at home, Samara champions health and wellbeing within our team. Her commitment to the community has led to volunteering positions at the University of South Australia, the Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Royal Society for the Blind and the Service to Youth Council. She was named Young Citizen of the Year by the Streaky Bay District Council in 2005.
