Lisa comes from an award-winning ASX-listed company specialising in employee management services. With her strong leadership skills, she can motivate and influence to deliver individual and organisational outcomes. She has a strong systematic and problem-solving approach and the ability to explain complex financial concepts easily.

Her proven experience in driving transformational business initiatives and organisational change is pivotal to support communikate et al’s overall strategic vision.

Lisa’s career has incorporated a variety of roles and continues to hold a focus on customer advocacy, operational efficiencies, delivery of transformation and change initiatives and digital simplification while underpinning compliance and accountability requirements.
