The Opportunity
Scotch College is one of Adelaide’s leading independent ELC – Year 12 schools, located in Torrens Park.
Philanthropy plays an important role in supporting the College to deliver its vision of empowering young people to transform their world and its future.
Working closely with the Director of Philanthropy, we were tasked with the role of highlighting the growing culture of philanthropy at the College, celebrating and acknowledging the impact of giving and shining a light on those who give.
This began with the development of Scotch’s Impact of Giving Report, which paved the way for a new look and feel specific to the Foundation, and has since grown into a number of other projects, including Scotch’s Strategic Intent and the Giving Day campaign.
Our Approach
Since 2023, we have supported the Scotch College Foundation through the concepting and design of a range of key communications including:
- Annual Appeal Bequest Campaign
- Impact of Giving Report 2023 and 2024
- Annual Report 2023
- Strategic Intent document and presentation
- Giving Day 2024 campaign
For the Giving Day campaign, we developed the tagline “Your Gift, Their World”, developed the campaign messaging and look and feel including the custom illustration and a range of print and digital and social media assets. We also produced a campaign video featuring various members of the community speaking about what it means to them.
The Outcome
Through these projects, Scotch College Foundation has a distinctive, professional yet approachable, look and feel that compliments the College’s style guide.
The Giving Day Campaign was a huge success for the College, meeting its goal of $500,000 to fund its new Community Scholarship for years to come.
