Refreshing a brand to become the provider of choice
Inclusive Directions is a South Australian, boutique provider of therapies and supports for families living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), intellectual disabilities and challenging behaviours.
Inclusive Directions came to communikate et al in 2016 during a period of significant change for the organisation. Moving from a government funded model to one requiring private revenue generation, Inclusive Directions needed to position itself as the provider of choice in the competitive disability provider market.
communikate et al developed a comprehensive marketing program to re-launch the brand in South Australia. Our approach involved a complete marketing audit to establish key priority areas and recommendations. We began with a branding and positioning workshop to establish the organisation’s unique offering and identity.
