This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketer to make a real difference to the reputations of organisations across Australia.

As a Digital Senior Consultant you will deliver digital solutions across a diverse range of clients and be responsible for delivering the following key results:


Service delivery

Delivering quality digital services within time and budget constraints, achieving results that make a difference to the digital reputations of our clients while being flexible and ensuring they have an enjoyable experience of partnering with us. On any given project you will work with Account Managers, Account Directors and fellow Consultants. You will bring to the role demonstrated experience and up-to-the-minute knowledge of digital marketing. Essential experience will include:

  • Project management of user-centric website projects, including a demonstrated understanding of UX/UI website design and development
  • Best practice SEO
  • Analytics
  • Email marketing
  • Social media community management
  • An ability to contribute to broader digital strategies and campaigns

Digital marketing experience in the following areas is desirable:

  • Native advertising (SEM and social)
  • Content marketing


Business development

Growing communikate et al’s client base by identifying opportunities among existing and new clients.


Client relations, teamwork and leadership

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing advice alongside other members of the digital and broader team. communikate et al is a team-oriented environment and you will work collaboratively with all team members, share your ideas and expertise, and provide training.



Sharing your digital knowledge with the broader communikate et al team and having a good understanding of all our services so you can work cohesively with all team members to deliver the best results. As an agency that integrates digital marketing with traditional marketing, public relations and creative design, a genuine integration of our services is crucial to delivering the most effective solutions to our clients.


Systems and processes

Contributing to the ongoing development and refinement of communikate et al’s digital service systems, processes and tools, ensuring high quality work is delivered consistently and efficiently while following best practice.
